MY ACCOUNT & MY ORDER
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order with Doodlewear is quick and easy. Simply browse our collection, select your favorite product, choose the size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once done, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, choose a payment option, and confirm your purchase.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once you place your order, you’ll instantly receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with your order ID and details. When your order is shipped, our delivery partner will send you updates so you can track it easily.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered directly to your shipping address via our trusted courier partners. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct for smooth delivery.
I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT HAPPENED?
Don’t worry! Sometimes banks take extra time to process refunds. Usually, the amount is automatically credited back to your account within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact us at support@doodlewear.co with your transaction details.
HOW SHOULD I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can easily track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website. Just enter your order ID and registered email/phone number. You’ll also receive live tracking updates via SMS/WhatsApp.
PAYMENT MODE
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE WITH DOODLEWEAR?
Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways that ensure your debit card, credit card, and net banking details remain safe and encrypted.
WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION AT CHECKOUT?
COD (Cash on Delivery) may not be available on certain products, pin codes, or promotional offers. If COD is unavailable for your order, you can proceed with our secure prepaid payment methods.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No hidden charges. The price you see on the product page is the final price—inclusive of taxes and free delivery pan-India.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If your payment fails, don’t worry! Please try again or use an alternate payment method. If money is deducted but your order isn’t confirmed, it will be refunded automatically within 5–7 working days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Orders are packed within 24 hours and usually delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?
Pre-order items have specific timelines mentioned on the product page. You will also receive shipping updates once dispatched.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll get a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped. You can also track directly on our website.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?
If your order cannot be delivered, our courier partner will attempt again. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You can reach out to us to reschedule delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
WHAT IS DOODLEWEAR’S RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can exchange your product for a different size or style (if available) within 7 days of receiving it.
HOW IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS DONE?

ARE THERE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Yes. Items on clearance sale, innerwear, socks, or personalized/customized products are not eligible.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Simply write to us at support@doodlewear.co with your order ID and reason. Our support team will assist you.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN ALL ITEMS TOGETHER?
No. You can return/exchange items individually as per your need.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the product passes quality checks.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION?
Sale items are eligible for exchange only (not returns).
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We sincerely apologize! Please share pictures of the product at support@doodlewear.co and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE IN-STORE?
Currently, we process returns/exchanges only through online requests.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR SALE OR PREPAID CANCELLATIONS?
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed directly to your original payment mode within 5–7 business days. Sale items are eligible for store credit/exchange only.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days. If delayed, please contact your bank/credit card company or reach out to us for assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by writing to support@doodlewear.co. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

We’ve designed Doodlewear products to give you the perfect fit. Check out our Size Guide available on each product page for exact measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE T-SHIRTS?

HOW DO OUR NEW DROPS WORK?
